I've finally watched and re-watched the last season of Twin Peaks, and my conclusion is this:
Supernatural Evil acts exactly like an extraterrestrial force. The "Jowday" (old English for Jaw or Jowl of the Day, in other words the "Devourer of Light") plants seeds everywhere, at every opportunity, a very agressive panspermia. It wants for darkness and ruin to spread, and turn our entire world into a living hell, similar to its own habitat. That's terraformation, as we're all either contaminated and broken by evil or simply replaced by extremely dark versions of ourselves.
And now, in real life, we're being conditionned to accept the reality of ancient pagan gods as paganism is making a sudden and violent comeback, while at the same time being constantly bombarded with the supposed inevitability of alien first contact in the not-so-distant future.
Real-life SPOILERS: The revived pagan gods and our extraterrestrial visitors will reveal themselves to be one and the same ("ancient aliens"), and they will demand our environment, our genome and our very minds be modified, for our survival's sake. The ultimate abandon of conventional morality, the ultimate normalization of Satanism, pedophilia, cannibalism and who knows what else might ruin us and bind us to darkness eternal.

In a Tibetan lamasery, the monks seek to list all of the names of God. They believe the Universe was created for this purpose, and that once this naming is completed, God will bring the Universe to an end. Three centuries ago, the monks created an alphabet in which they calculated they could encode all the possible names of God, numbering about 9,000,000,000 ("nine billion") and each having no more than nine characters. Writing the names out by hand, as they had been doing, even after eliminating various nonsense combinations, would take another 15,000 years; the monks wish to use modern technology to finish this task more quickly.
They rent a computer capable of printing all the possible permutations, and hire two Westerners to install and program the machine. The computer operators are skeptical but play along. After three months, as the job nears completion, they fear that the monks will blame the computer (and, by extension, its operators) when nothing happens. The Westerners delay the operation of the computer so that it will complete its final print run just after their scheduled departure. After their successful departure on ponies, they pause on the mountain path on their way back to the airfield, where a plane is waiting to take them back to civilization. Under a clear night sky they estimate that it must be just about the time that the monks are pasting the final printed names into their holy books. Then they notice that "overhead, without any fuss, the stars were going out."
The Romans associated their own god Jupiter to Ammon/Pan, (as did the Greeks with Zeus-Ammon), but they were merely rubbing off the power of a greater entity, just like Alexander the Great when he claimed to be the son of Ammon.
Pan has more traditionally been considered a Greater God, an Ogdoad ("Primordial" - Egypt) or Protogonos ("First to generate everything" - Greece), associated either with Saturn (as the last visible planet, "gatekeeper to the stars") or the Zodiac itself.
Zodiac means "all of the animals" (root word Zoo), so Pan was the lord of both the animals in nature and the animals among the constellations.
I hope you fully realize *everything* is coming to bear, on every front:
-The Sybil returning, precisely in her second astrological "Return of Saturn", with her last album, "Sun's Signature";
-The Black Sun/Secret Sun being brought to full public consciousness, with the SS Black Sun symbol being proudly displayed in the News, over in Ukraine;
-my own (lesser) sybil, Florence Welch, not only also coming out with her latest album two weeks after Elizabeth, but her new music videos were all filmed in Ukraine of all places;
-Zod's predictions are coming true, WWIII and "The Great Reset" (of the Earth), hitting the mainstream non-stop, all this and more he believes being mere distractions from the world-ending work of Sirius, precisely the Black/Secret Sun...
Of course, this affects me even more personally, since I was actually cast down into the Abyss/spiritual Black Sun on the other side by it's Gatekeeper the Great God Pan (spiritual version of Saturn/the Zodiac).

I had almost forgotten that people should never, ever "go towards the light" when they die or have a NDE, because it is the false light of the false god, the god of endless illusions; I had discovered years ago while researching the occult that the light at the end of the tunnel is "the path of air", while the true path to take, "the path of fire (in the sense of burning away all illusions and seeing the truth as it simply is)", is simply *falling into darkness*, as I did, because the True God *is* the primordial cosmic darkness which preceeded the light (Lucifer?). The problem is that the Great God Pan and the Devil are very similar, and the Devil (the Anti-Pan) is always trying to pass himself off as his predecessor.

The Minoan civilization on the island of Crete was the first civilization in Europe, they were to the Ancient Greeks what the Greeks would be to the Romans.

The name of the Minotaur was "Asterion", and he seemed to be literally *made of stars*, and was very similar to Dionysus/Pan (the lower part a beast, a man above).
The Queen of Knossos' physical union with the bull was rather a symbolic union with a luminous, bull-formed god.
The young people being sent into the Labyrinth on a regular basis were simply undergoing an initiation ritual, coming face to face with their greatest fears in the deepest, darkest part of their psyche, where Asterion/Pan was waiting for them.
I understand the Great God Pan, within a Scriptural context, as the Adam Kadmon, the embodiment of the Tree of Life, of the Creation itself, but also as the Abaddon, the Gatekeeper of the primordial Abyss beyond the Creation.
He is physical and spiritual life, as he is also Hell.

"Carny" is a 1980 film about the inner workings of a Carnival. Gary Busey (who's first name IRL is *William* btw, wink wink) is resonant as a Joker/Fool(Pan) archetype, some scenes strangely enough seem to be the inspiration for the more recent film "Joker". And since the modern "Joker" was heavily inspired by "Taxi Driver", it is fitting that a young (Fraserescent) Jodie Foster would be in this film. Both in the comics and in the "Joker" film, the Fool's name was originally *Carnival*, which was in the pagan times of Gaul a reference to deer hunting and the "feast of flesh" (Carnival) which follows, all in honor of Cernunnos/Pan.
Jack Kirby died on February 6th 1994, precisely 17 years before I essentially died on February 6th 2011.
When the Fantastic Four traveled to Heaven, they met Kirby as the face of God greeting them.
Kirby famously introduced the Great God Pan to Marvel Comics in Tales to Astonish.
